Job Responsibilities:

• To enhance productivity and customers satisfaction by leading the manufacturing engineering team
• To develop and introduce appropriate and advanced manufacturing technology for manufacturing excellence
• To launch and coordinate in new products’ transfer
• To achieve yield and efficiency improvement
• To be responsible for the maintenance and engineering project of plant and facilities
• To handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Degree holder in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in engineering management in EMS, with hands-on experience on manufacturing engineering, NPI, and plant & facilities engineering
• Hands-on experience on SMT process, Wave soldering, and assembling, proven capabilities on mechanization and automation
• Excellent and effective leadership skills
• Strong in interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional business trip is required
• Immediate available is preferred
