The Job 

• Lead the development team to provide good quality implementation and support
• Take leadership role to provide maintenance, support services and project implementations
• Prepare technical proposals,in charge of all IT infrastructure related projects on delivery, budgeting, initiatives etc.
• Accountable for security, change, and problem management process
• Ensure the team is working closely and smoothly with both internal and external parties such as service delivery / helpdesk support team / vendors and partners
• Initiate relevant IT infrastructure solutions and bring in best practices to implementations which comply with relevant IT policies

The Person

• At least 6 to 10 years solid experience on mobile application development 
and in similar position
• Solid experience in Obj-C/Java/Swift/Javascript / PHP is a must
• In-depth knowledge of mobile application and website development
• Good problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Strong sense of ownership, work proactive and willing to learn new technology
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
