- Degree holder

- Min. 2 years' working experience in the field of event management,public relations or advertising. Prior wroking experience in government/public service sector will be an advantage

- A good command of Chinese and English both written and spoken and fluency in speaking Putonghua is essential

- Must be outgoing, a good problem-solver and team-player.  Able to work after office hours and on holidys is essential

- Sound knowledge of application (including English and Chinese word processing, Excel and Powerpoint)

- Solid experience in implementing promotional activities and producing promotion materials is highly preferably
