The person:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma holder in Electrical, Mechanical, Control & Instrumentation, Civil or relevant engineering disciplines
• 5 years or above of solid experience in engineering background. Power plant experience, construction project management skills are also desired
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Office applications
• Excellent written and spoken skills of Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English are necessary
• Well organized, able to prioritize work orders, accomplish deadline and work independently
• Good interpersonal skills
• Able to work as a team member and as an individual
• Candidates with less experience will also considered as assistant

The duties:

• Project planning.
• Manage power plant installation and O&M projects.
• Co-ordinate site works with local office staffs and other parties.
• Assist in preparing tenders.
• Procurement of balance of plant equipment and negotiate with suppliers.
• Handle related ad hoc duties.
• Creation of costing comparison.
• Liaise with colleagues over sea to monitor work progress.
• Recruitment of local staffs, assist in interview as required.
• Frequent travel abroad to local offices for meeting is needed.
