Responsibilities:

- Responsible for full range of company secretarial duties of the group and subsidiaries in various jurisdictions

- Assist in preparing interim reports, annual reports and announcements, SFO filing, and organizing board and shareholders’ meetings.

 

Requirements:

- Degree holder in Business Administration or relevant discipline

- Member of ICSA

- At least 3 years company secretarial experience, at least 1 years gained in listed companies

- Good knowledge in Listing Rules and Companies Ordinance

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, proactive and work independently

- Excellent computer skills including Word and Chinese word processing

- Can work at least 3 days per week

- Immediately available is preferred
