The Role

We are looking for a professional with 5 years hands-on Commercial Property acquisition experience with a passion to learn acquisition in other markets.

The Responsibilities

• ŸFacilitate the acquisition of commercial properties.
• ŸServe as the main contact point and coordinator.
• ŸResearch and build an understanding of commercial property acquisitions in different jurisdictions.
• ŸWork with the Director and team to build investment proposals.
• ŸQualitative and quantitative analysis through market and industry research, financial analysis and valuation modelling.
• ŸControl, monitor and report with daily updates to the team.
• ŸAttend industry forums and events to expand company relationships and the network.
• ŸInitial focus on UK acquisition working with our UK partners. Future scope to expand acquisitions into other jurisdictions including Hong Kong.
  
  
  

The Person

• Ÿ5 years experience in the Hong Kong market but with a passion to learn the acquisition in another market.
• ŸAdvantage if you have 1-2 years hands-on acquisition experience in the UK market.
• ŸProperty valuation experience.
• ŸStrong Excel Word and Powerpoint.
• ŸOrganized, good time management and attention to details on multiple task to meet deadlines.
• ŸProficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese is essential.
• ŸStrong communication skills.
• ŸIndependent, self-motivated, takes initiative, not afraid to question.
• ŸBachelor's Degree with relevant real estate professional qualifications.
• ŸRemuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
