Responsibilities:

• To recruit buyers / visitors through tele-marketing and follow up inquiries
• To provide after sales services and handle logistic arrangement
• Carry out administrative duties such as maintaining database, handling printing materials, etc
• Perform onsite duties and any ad hoc jobs

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent (For Part-time, students currently on a degree programme in tourism, event, marketing or related disciplines)
• 1-2 years working experiences / interest in exhibition / event industry would be an advantage
• Self-motivated, well organized and strong sense of responsibility
• Good communication skills
• Able to work under tight deadline and handle multi-tasks
• Fluent in Putonghua and English
• Proficiency in using MS office (Word and Excel)
• Good Chinese and English typing (30 \ 40 wpm)

Less experience will be considered as Asst Project Executive
