Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new sales channel and market.
• To maintain close relationship with new and existing account  
• To lead  a  sales team with the objectives to maximize sales volume and profit.
• Oversee sales operation and sales administration.
• Responsible for sales strategy implement and planning
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of sales management experience in retail FMCG sector
• Good networking with supermarkets / Department Store is preferred..
• Experience in consumer products of health food and personal care products
• Good command of  Putonghua and English
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills
