Responsibilities

• Supervise the warehouse office team on documentation and system transactions update
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisors and provide support to ensure smooth warehouse operations
• Establish SOP, KPI and streamline the warehouse office workflow
• Provide support on delivery, stock take, inventory control and stock movement

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehouse
• At least 5 years working experience in warehouse or logistics operations
• Experience in ERP system preferably in Oracle is an advantage
• Can work under pressure with minimum supervision, great sense of responsibility and self-motivated
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
