Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up fulfilment status for replenishment orders through regular communication with suppliers and overseas office
- Act as main contact point for UK supply planners in relation to enquiries about shipments from China
- Liaise with logistics service provider and suppliers to ensure on time in full delivery of orders
- Follow up with suppliers on document collection and validation
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree Holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management / Logistics
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience preferably in Order processing / Sourcing / Supply Chain
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Proficiency in excel
- Well-organised and attention to details
