The Role

The Manager, Packaging will manage the entire packaging cycle to enhance business development and upgrade company image.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full Packaging cycle including design, production, compliance, delivery, costing
• Manage a team of 5-10 staff in Shenzhen
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, retailers and consumers
• Ensure quality, quantity, costing
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in product packaging design experience, preferable in electronic products
• Proven success in creative package design. Experience on high end product is a plus
• Strong cross functional leadership: ability to engage teams and external partners to generate expected results
• Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high energy, fast paced environment
• Exceptional interpersonal, influencing, and communication (written and verbal) skills
• Experience in working with globally dispersed teams
• Speaks English and Putonghua
• Bachelor's degree preferred
