Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling daily accounting functions and cash flow management
  • Responsible for prepare full set of account related to properties business
  • Monitor the Accounts Receivable & Payable and closely work with Sales Team activities
  • Prepare monthly payroll, MPF and commission calculations
  • Follow up other duties that may be assigned ad hoc function irregularly
  • Self-motivated on daily business operation involved

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years related accounting experience in full set of account
  • With 3-6 years Corporate of Commercial or SME Banking Facilities
  • Solid experience in handling corporate mortgage or corporate lending
  • Fluent in written & spoken English and fair in Mandarin
  • Skill in MS Excel, Word & computerized accounting software e.g. MYOB
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments independent.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
