The Requirements are :

• Responsible for all arounded Human Resource functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits Administration, Training & Development, HRIS maintanence and other HR administration duties
• Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees
• Prepare HR and management reports for senior management's review
• Participate in various ad-hoc HR projects as assisgned
• Degree holder with 2 - 3 years' HR Generalist experience in sizable companies preferrably in financial institution
• Well versed in HK employment ordinance and other related ordinances
• Self-motivated, attentive to details and possess a servcie-oriented attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, able to speak Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office Application and Chinese Word Processing
• IMMEDIATE AVAILABLE is highly preferred
