Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Financial control functions of a subsidiary dealing in investment banking activities.
• Ensure compliance with HK Accounting Standards and Financial Reporting Standards.
• Prepare regular management reports and ad hoc reports to local management and head office.
• Prepare consolidation reports.
• Assist in ad hoc project as required.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor Degree in accounting, finance or related disciplines. Qualified Accountant is preferable.
• Minimum 2-3 years solid working experience in Big 4 or Investment Bank
• Familiar about PRC accounting and taxation.
• Good knowledge in Chinese word processing.
• Strong report writing skill (both English and Chinese).
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; knowledge of Account system: Kingdee is an advantage.
• Presentable and able to communicate with different level of people.
• Initiative, positive and good teamwork player. Able to work independently and under pressure.
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin.
