The successful candidate will work as a Caretaker within the Facilities Team providing services to maintain the overall tidiness of the school facilities.

Applicants should have:

• physical ability to perform a full range of janitorial duties
• good communication and interpersonal skills for working with colleagues, students, staff and visitors
• experience in carrying out minor building & maintenance repairs
• ability to communicate in Cantonese and basic English
• occasional evening work is required with either overtime pay or time in lieu arranged

Staff bus transportation is provided at very low cost from Central to the Peak Campus and return on a first come first serve basis. GSIS offers a 13^th month salary payment.
