Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
·Provide IT helpdesk support and onsite technical support services to end users and corporate customers
·Assist in new system or application implementations
·Diagnose and troubleshooting on system, software, hardware and networking issues
Job Requirements:
· Diploma holder or above in Computer, IT or related discipline
· Minimum of 1 year relevant experience
· Experience in Windows Server (DHCP, DNS, File & Print, Active Directory)
· Knowledge on Anti-Virus solutions is an advantage (Symantec SEP etc)
· Knowledge on Virtualization solution is an advantage (VMware etc)
· Basic systems and firewall knowledge
· Must be a team player, willing to learn, committed to working in a quality environment
· Able to communicate in Chinese and English, Mandarin is a plus
Immediate availability is preferred
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Junior System engineer
Recent Fresh graduates will also be considered
