Our client is an established company specializing in gift & premium services with clients’ data servicing to large scale and well-owned companies. They are looking for high caliber to join their family.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all coordination works between the technical team/system provider and the clients
• Handle sales orders and processing, reports, enquiries, samples and delivery
• Provide supports in full administration and coordination to the HK office
• Assist in system revamp and modification
• Perform ad hoc project as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with at least 2 years relevant trading experience
• Knowledge in system workflow, apps & website programming
• With working experience in software company is preferred
• Solid experience in Printing/Gifts and Premiums is an asset
• Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
• Team player, mature, independent, responsible and hardworking
• Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English, Mandarin is preferred
• Proficiency in PC skills, MS office applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese words processing
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
