Responsibilities:

• To set up and organize the photography studio and equipment;
• To check and ensure all equipment is in good working order;
• To follow standard work procedures to shoot high-volume online fashion catalog;
• Carry out photo shoots for various kinds of photo shoot, including social media shootings;
• Skillfully able to shoot a variety of subjects, including portraits (studio and location), interiors, model and product. Able to adapt style based on different brands’ needs. Able to analyze and decide how to compose a subject and direct subject as needed;
• Work collaboratively with marketing & design team to conceptualize shoots; help with pre-production and preparation for shoots, including location scouting and research;
• Works efficiently to meet deadlines and manages time effectively;
• Proficiency in post-production and retouching;

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in product photography and/or fashion photo-shooting;
• Advanced knowledge in studio lighting;
• Proficient knowledge in Adobe lightroom & Adobe Photoshop;
• Experience with Photographic Canon & Bowens lighting equipment
• Experienced using Wizard Pocket , Photometer , Monitor Calibrator i1profiler
• Experience of evaluating image quality in terms of color, light and shade
• Advanced knowledge of color management in photography (White balance, camera profiles, lightroom adjustments)
• Knowledge in image editing are a plus;
• Passionate about photography and what we do;
• With styling experience would be an advantage;
• Self-motivated, hard-working with high working efficiency;
• Organized and able to work independently;
• Fluent in English is an advantage;
• Knowledgeable in current photographic equipment and trends, understanding of an extensive range of equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting and specialist software;
• Pro-active and motivated;
