Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage and grow residential real estate team in Hong Kong;
• Create a professional level of delivery and service to clients;
• Employ and train a competent team of personnel (administrative and sales);
• Achieve annual revenue and profit objectives with P&L and budgetary responsibility;
• Develop and maintain business relationships with property owners and developers;
• Maintain and develop existing property data base.

Requirements:
• Proven management experience in Residential Real Estate;
• Local knowledge of Hong Kong residential property market and strong relationships with landlords;
• Dynamic go getting personality, honest, self-driven, good team player, possess excellent organization and communication skills and have the ability to provide excellent customer service;
• Holder of Estate Agent licence;
• Minimum of five years or above Residential Real Estate experience required;
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential.
