Our client, a high-end fashion brand, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position.

Responsibilities:-

• Prepare proposal for stores opening
• Design all Logistics, IT and Administration for planning and business development in the region.
• Brand building in the region
• Develop the retail, wholesales and travel retail business in the region
• Locate Retail shop location, site inspection, making brand presentation to shopping mall developer, negotiate rental and leasing, P&L, work with HQ for shop design, locate good contractor for renovation within the budget concern, Visual Merchandising according to brand guideline, Product mix, Stock management, Staff Training and management, Incentive program internal and external, Sales Promotion and CRM program.
• Monitoring sales performance of brand shop and retailers
• Manage the global hoc of logistic centre in Hong Kong
• Work on shop image and co-ordinate with Headquarter for execution
• Facilitate the brand building function in the region
• Manage all franchisee, distributors, operators and retailers for the brand in the region
• Set up business and marketing strategy for the brand in the region.
• Ensure the budget is reached

Requirements:-

• Degree or MBA level education or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years related experience and at least 4 years in a management role
• Substantial international experience
