Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries through hotline / email
• Able to handle customer complaints independently
• Prepare complaint case report and monthly analysis for management review
• Review the Customer Service Guideline and Retail Operation Menu
• Assist and work with Training Department
• Ad hoc project as assigned

Requirement

• Postsecondary school or above
• 2-3 years relevant experiences
• Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua are necessary)
• Proficiency in PC operations, e.g. MS Excel and MS Word
• Good Problem solving and presentation skill
