The Job :

• To support center operation on post-implementation services which may cover helpdesk support, technical support, service control support and/or field operation support
• To work with the team and line manager for achieving the pre-defined Key Service Indicators
• To perform 24-hour shift duties including Sat/Sun/Public Holidays
• Working Location: Kowloon Bay

The Person :

• Secondary education with at least 1 year’s working experience in customer support and / or technical support related disciplines
• Certificate holder in Electronic Engineering / Computer Studies or Certified Technicians / Professionals in related disciplines highly preferable
• Good customer service skills
• Good knowledge of telecom products - internet applications, PC hardware or software, etc.
• Ability to communicate in both English and Cantonese (Putonghua will be an advantage)
• Proactive and able to work under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Customer Service Representative
