Job duties
Logistics Operation
• Closely working the local 3PL appointed to handle all the outsourced logistics operations via frequent communications, visits to DC to build true partnership and efficient platform
• Ensuring effective and accurate manual interfacing between SAP and WMS system
• Stock Management
• Handle documentation for example invoice, packing list, booking form, certification
• Trade & Compliance, Custom declaration preparation

Transportation Operation
• Shipment delivery and transportation arrangements for example sea freight, air freight, trucking, courier/express
• Data analysis not limited to freight rate analysis

Job requirements
• Associate Degree or Diploma holder or above
• Minimum 3 years working experience in logistics (Prefer in Retails)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge on SAP system is essential
• Solid regional shipment experience including shipments and transportation arrangements
• Strong communication, problem solving and time management skills
• Autonomous, detail-minded, good communication skill, responsive and accurate
• Spoken and written in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin are mandatory
• Willing to work overtime
