Job Description

• Provide high quality efficient back office fund administration services
• Provide investors with periodic financial statements and co-ordinate the annual audit
• Administer and keep track of funded bank account balance
• Provide back office and accounting support
• Oversee company secretarial matters
• Handle HK tax filing properly and ensure legal and regulatory compliance (i.e. FATCA & CRS)
• Participate in review of accounting procedures, internal compliance and systems enhancement when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant disciplines with minimum 3 years working experience in banking and financial services industry
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
