The incumbent will assist Head of Internal Audit in providing independent assurance to the Board, through the Audit Committee, that a sound internal control system is maintained and operated by the management and to add values by advising management in controlling risks, monitoring compliance and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of internal control systems and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or related discipline
• A minimum of 10 years solid internal audit experience, preferably gained in real estate related industry
• Certified with CPA, IIA or CISA are preferred
• Strong analytical skills and business thinking, risk-based approach to evaluate operation efficiency and report control deficiencies
• Hands-on experience in operational, finance and IT audits
• Good report writing skills with proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized
