Job Responsibilities:

• Performing all-rounded functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations and salary administration.
• Carrying out end-to-end recruitment activities as well as coordinating internal and external training activities.
• Handling staff payroll and providing support to the implementation of the HR information system. 
• Preparing accurate and timely HR management reports and other related analyses. 
• Communicate the Company's human resources policies and procedures to the employees and dealing with employee relations matters. 
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are always in compliance with Employment Ordinance and in line with market practice.
• Assist in various HR projects / initiatives when required.

Job Requirement:

• University education preferably in business studies, accounting or human resources related areas.
• Over 3 years relevant experience preferably in financial institutions. Experience in accounting field is an advantage.
• Sound knowledge of the local employment laws and related issues.
• Strong analytical skills and detail-minded.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
• Experience in implementing HR information system and handling staff payroll independently is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage.
