Job Description

Be an HR expert with in-depth HR knowledge and practices to independently lead the effective and efficient administration of the variety of HR functions as well as participating in process improvement projects to support the objectives and strategies of the HR Department.  Achieve highest internal customer satisfaction through delivering professional HR services to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently administer effectively and efficiently different HR functions and processes on recruitment, compensation & benefits, training and development, relocation and employee relations in compliance with HR policies and guidelines as well as labor law regulations;
  • Fully responsible to ensure timely delivery of HR services to employees and managers;
  • Fully responsible to put together new hires 1st day on board material and deliver orientation to ensure new hires are familiar with Company policies & procedures;
  • Fully responsible for data entry and maintain data integrity of the HR system;
  • Be an expert on HR system to generate meaningful HR reports with detailed analysis for Manager’s and management review;
  • Assist and participate in developing, implementing and executing HR programs in response to employees’ needs, company directions and competitive market practices;
  • Set vendor requirements, source, select and manage vendors to provide quality services;
  • Organize HR training activities and participate as instructor on elementary HR trainings;
  • Initiate and actively participate in process and HR programs improvement projects to enhance department productivity and efficiency;
  • Be familiar with government regulations and alert Manager about changes and implications;
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and performance management to junior staffs in the organization;
  • Participate and take on additional assignments and projects as required.

 Requirements:

  • University graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in the HR field preferably with regional experiences;
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skill;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skill and with high integrity;
  • Flexible, fast learner, multi-tasking and can work under pressure;
  • Excellent knowledge on OA tools and applications;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
