Job responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the branch regarding loan applications, credit control, customer relationship establishment

Develop sales strategies, lead and guide the team to achieve business targets and promote latest marketing campaign and products;

Monitor department operations and provide proficiency training to ensure team members fulfil compliance and regulatory requirements;

Requirements:

Form 5 or above;

5 years above in banking or finance field, with solid leadership and people management experience;

Experienced in personal loan business and branch operations

Strong analytical and mathematical skills and experience in loan approval procedures;

Result-oriented, energetic, good leadership and mature;

Candidates with previous branch managerial experience in similar field would be an advantage
