Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dealing with HKSFC in the application of a newly setup corporate finance business in HK
• Formulate, review and update the Company’s policies, guidelines and procedures
• Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 6 regulated activities & daily business operation
• Lead a small corporate finance team and strengthening the corporate advisory capacity
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, issuers, shareholders, banking and lending institutions, etc.
• Responsible for corporate finance projects such as IPO, M&A, placements and financial advisory for Hong Kong and PRC clients
• Overall supervision of full operation and ensure all business activities comply with SFC rules and regulations as well as the Company’s policies and guidelines
  

Job Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Finance or Business related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• MUST be registered under SFC RA6 type license as Responsible Officer
• Solid experience in corporate finance transactions (IPOs, financial advisory, rights issue or share offerings)
• Sound knowledge of HKEx listing rules, SFO, SFC codes and guidelines (including The Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs), and any relevant rules and regulations
• Good financial market knowledge and strong compliance sense
• Good PC knowledge including MS Office and Excel, etc
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, a good team player, detail-oriented and self-motivated
