Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to hospital users
• Perform PC troubleshooting, software and hardware installation
• Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking
• Provide basic end-user training

Requirement:

• Degree / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
• Certification holder of MCSE will be an added advantage
• At least 4 years relevant experience in helpdesk support
• Upgrades hardware and software components
• Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application
• Good team player, self-motivated and good communication
• Strong sense of responsibility
