Requirements:
• University Graduate in Computer Study or equivalent;
• At least 3 years working experience in system development and support;
• Fluent English speaking and writing is a must;
• Self motivated, creative and excellent communication skill;
• A proactive and positive team player with strong influencing and interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision and against multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare system and user documentation for all systems according to department standard;
• Collaborate with business users to align technology solutions with business strategies;
• Provide system support at various stages of the project from planning to building, testing and deployment;
• Provide training of application systems to both internal and external users;
• Work closely with business users and IT delivery teams;
• Maintain and adhere to IT policies and standards as described on ISO27001 documentations;
• Travelling overseas required.
