Job Description

  • Handling HR issues (payroll, MPF, employee insurance, IRD etc.)
  • Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties and provide clerical support to other staffs in the office
  • Handle travel arrangements, e.g. ticket and hotel reservations
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned 

Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years solid experience in Administration or relevant working experience, working experience as a HR department staff is preferable
  • Good command in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English. Japanese will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Well-mannered, pleasant, self-motivated, flexible
  • Mature, cheerful with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, well-organized and efficient
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
