Job Description
- Handling HR issues (payroll, MPF, employee insurance, IRD etc.)
- Perform full spectrum of office administrative duties and provide clerical support to other staffs in the office
- Handle travel arrangements, e.g. ticket and hotel reservations
- Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min. 3 years solid experience in Administration or relevant working experience, working experience as a HR department staff is preferable
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English. Japanese will be an advantage
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Well-mannered, pleasant, self-motivated, flexible
- Mature, cheerful with strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, well-organized and efficient
- Immediately available is highly preferred
