Job functions:

• Oversees and direct the quality direction of the company and to ensure the effectiveness of quality systems and policies;
• Administer quality functions includes QA, QE and QC;
• Direct and manage the compliance functions and supplier management systems;
• Ensure product safety comply to specify standards and requirements;
• Ensure the products and services meet customer needs and expectation;
• Identify areas where product or service require corrective actions and drive for continuous improvement;
• Direct to conduct internal and external quality audits, to ensure process and procedures are followed;
• Responsible for internal and external customer complaints, develop corrective actions plans and monitor the execution when necessary;
• Provide trainings and management of the quality teams; 
• Execute other programs and projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in engineering, quality management or related disciplines;
• 8 years experience in quality management and PRC manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years in a managerial position;
• Experience in Printing / Paper Products / Toys & Gifts Industry is an advantage;
• Must have solid experience in managing the ISO 9000 & ISO 14000 systems;
• Basic knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing, SPC, and FMEA techniques;
• Proficient in operating MRP/ERP systems;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Can communicate in Mandarin;
• Self motivated with excellent analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  
• Station in Dongguan plant.
