RESPONSIBILITIES:

l   Provide administration support to the HR & Administration Department

l   Handle daily administration duties including courier service, answer telephone calls, materials ordering, equipment & facilities maintenance, and other general office administration duties.

l   Prepare HR & Administration related documents, correspondences and maintain the attendance record

l   Assist in travel arrangement and logistics

l   Assist in organize company's events and staff activities

l   Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

l   Diploma or above

l   One year clerical working experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered.

l   Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fair Putonghua.

l   Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing

l   Detail-oriented, well organized with excellent interpersonal skills

l   Immediately available or short notice
