Responsibilities:

• Order material and prepare purchase requisition to Procurement per the materials requirement schedule
• Direct communicate and work with purchasing/approved vendor on material schedule confirmation
• Release material to production per the production planning
• Liaise with factory’s production/engineering for material purchase/release to production
• Entering Purchase Order and Issuing invoice, packing list etc.
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• HKCEE, diploma, or above
• 1-3 years of relevant experience

• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Planning Assistant

• Good interpersonal and time management skills
• Able to work with tight deadline and be a good team player
