Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines
- 4-5 years relevant experience, preferably in multi-cultural environment
- Solid experience in customer service with good supervisory skills
- Proficient in communication of both spoken and written English
- Self-motivated, energetic, dynamics with strong communication skills
- Good computer skills in MS Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc
- Immediate available is a definite advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a small team comprising customer service and supporting staff
- Maintain the quality customer service performance in accordance with company policies
- Assist in monitoring office administration functions and reviewing operation workflow
- Participate in organizing company events, staff activities and other ad hoc projects
