RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve Company’s designated goals and KPIs under Store Manager leadership;
• Maximize sales turnover & profitability and contribute to branch efficiencies, through application of Brand Values and building customer loyalty while raising brand awareness;
• Maintain at proper standards all VM and image guidelines set by Moleskine;
• Run all store operations. This includes as well opening and closing the store, ensuring proper cash management and cash register policies, use of sale POS System.
• Any other shop related work assigned by Shop Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school graduate or above
• At least 1-3 years' experience in retail (for full-time only)
• Be strong at motivating to achieve the sales target & delivering outstanding service
• Able to multi-task & work in a fast moving environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with passion in culture, travelling and arts
• Good customer service skills with pleasant, positive and outgoing personality
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is an advantage)
• Applicant with less experience would be considered Shop Assistant
• Immediately available definitely an advantage
