v Responsibilities:

1.    Handle all incoming calls, correspondences and admin duties in Operations dept
2.   Maintain filing system and database to meet the department needs
3.   Coordinate the department meetings, prepare agenda and minutes
4.   Liaise with internal departments and external parties on operation issues
5.   Able to communicate with front line staff in verbal and written form
6.   Follow up the shop issues, such as maintenance, pest control, ventilation cleaning,              menu design
7.   To carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by Seniors.
8.   Outdoor work is required

  v Requirement:

1.  An aspiration and commitment to develop your careers in Food & Beverage                          operations
2.  F5 or DSE with Diploma / Higher Diploma in Hotel & Catering Management, Food &             Beverage or related discipline preferred
3.  Good command of written and spoken in both English and Chinese
4.  Outgoing personality and ready to take on challenges
5. Excellent organization skills and able to work independently
6. Proficient in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
7. Immediately available or Short notice will be advantage

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Food and Beverage Clerk
