Job Description
Our client an IT Vendor is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Assist Infrastructure Manager through preparation of users requirements / statements of work
- Assist in specific business requirements and work effectively in technical solutions from vendor
- Participate in consultations and/or assessments with prospects vendor
- Develop and maintain a broad knowledge of systems and DC knowledge
- Work directly with vendors or team to resolve technical issues associated infrastructures and infrastructure development planning
- Provide feedback to executive and development teams to participate in functionality roadmap planning.
- Participate in the technical assessments
- Work cross-functionally within the organization and with external partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of technical solution and support and vendor management experience.
- Knowledge in technical experience with cloud, data center hosting, Virtualization and systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under the pressure of time constraints in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline. Computer Science or Engineering degree preferred.
