Overview

We are looking for talented junior C++ developers to join our clients in a rapid phase of expansion and be one of the pilars of their Fintech projects.

The role itself involves working on the greenfield development of C++ low-latency, high-frequency trading platforms across core Market Making, Options, IRS and there are a lot more exciting projects on the horizon. 

You will have the opportunity to tackle some of the toughest problems in the industry. The team is made up of exceptional technologists who have either worked in industry and played an integral part in building High Frequency Electronic Trading platforms, or true techies from the likes of tech MNC’s and Hedge funds who have a passion for complex problems, utilising cutting edge C++ & associated technologies while collaborating with super intelligent peers to build something special 

What you will do:

• Design develop and maintain electronic trading systrms
• Use low-level programming techniques to produce highly optimized, low-latency trading software
• Implement new exchange interfaces to support market data and order management on new trading venues
• Responsible for day to day system support
• Work with quants and traders on researching and implementing High-Frequency trading strategies

What you need:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Maths, Stats, Physics, or equivalent experience
• Strong academics, first class honors
• PhD’s strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of C++ basics
• Proficiency in Multithreading, STL, BOOST and Socket programming is a plus
• Familiarity with open source software
• Possess a great attention to detail
• Analyze and fix problems quickly
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
