Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Executive Vice President-Finance of the group and lead the Financial Reporting team to oversee and control the business
• Oversee all finance related matters including accounting, banking, taxation, cost control, budgeting and financial analysis
• Reviewing the processes and procedures in the finance areas and systems, and recommending upgrades and enhancements to the existing accounting function to meet future growth and expansion plans
• Prepare consolidated financial information and financial analysis report and report to management
• Responsible for compliance, including policy, tax, audit and company ordinance
• Manage and control year-end statutory audit
• Handle ad hoc corporate finance projects

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Accountancy or Finance, ACCA/CPA qualified with a very strong technical proficiency and demonstrated experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience
• Proactive, able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment
• Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem solving skill
• Good analytical and reporting writing skills are necessary
• Experience in Kingdee accounting system preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
