• Job responsibilities:

  • Work with external consultants fortax planning for China High Tech Enterprise, Double Software Incentive Program, Regional Tax Incentive program, R&D Tax Redudction and Rebates, Transfrer Pricing and other onshore and offshore tax planning;
  • Cooperate with internal departments and external auditors;
  • Setup internal control and compliance;
  • Assist in group restructuring for business growth and capital needs;
  • Any ad hoc projects/tasks; and
  • Report to CFO;

   Job requirements:

  • Have a bachelor degree in business related disciplines;
  • Qualified Accountant e.g. HKICPA
  • Minimum 3-4 years' experience in Big 4 auditing department;
  • Independent and able to work effectively and efficiently with different stakeholders;
  • Have good communication skills and attentive to details; and
  • Be proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
