We are rapidly expanding and looking for candidate in the HR function.

Description:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources C&B functions including but not limited to Payroll, Taxation, MPF administration, C&B administration, periodic HR reporting and workmen compensation
• Manage full employee life cycle from recruitment and selection, on-boarding, engagement and development to off-boarding
• Preparing HR & Admin related announcement and reports when necessary
• Provide support to the Administration Manager and perform duties as assigned.

Requirement: 

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
• Minimum 3 year’s solid experiences within HR & Admin function; experience in construction industry is an advantage.
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other HR related laws & regulations in Hong Kong
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature, detail minded with good interpersonal skills
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resource and Administrative Officer
