Responsibilities

• Provide a range of school administrative services, including admission applications, student activities, scholarships and related matters
• Assist the Principal in supervising and managing the supporting staff and janitors
• Assist the Principal in organizing major school functions
• Co-ordinate and facilitate communication and tasks of teachers and different units
• Assist in matters related to staff development & appraisal and systems of staff records
• Assist in school management, maintenance and improvement works of school premises, facilities and environment
• Provide secretarial support to committees

Requirements

• A degree holder who demonstrates proficiency in written English & Chinese
• Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua with excellent communication & inter-personal skills
• At least 5 years of experience in educational administration and HR management
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience in schools or education institutions
• Knowledge in school affairs, general administration and campus management
• Proficient in software packages for office applications
• Able to work under pressure

Salary ranges from 50K per month as commensurate with qualifications and experience.
