Responsibilities:

• Lead or participate in various corporate finance projects, including M&A, debts restructuring and other fund raising activities
• Handle execution and documentation work in corporate finance advisory
• Implement the strategic plans and policies, manage the staff and finances of the company and monitor internal processes for effectiveness; evaluate departmental and staff competences, improve financial control in Group level
• Handle management reporting, financial analysis and cashflow forecast
• Handle the annual budgets and rolling forecast and ensure a proper budget control

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a major in accounting
• Qualified accountant in professional bodies such as ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years solid finance and accounting experience, min 4 years of which at managerial level, candidate with less experience will be consider for Financial Controller
• Solid experience in handling announcement and circular
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Previous Big 4 experiences is definitely a plus
• Work independently under pressure,problem solver and excellent interpersonal skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
