Administrative

• Support Channel Sales Team ~10 teammates
• Follow up Channel Partners’ order & shipment status
• Preparing blacklog, order & shipment reporting
• Secretarial & clerical support to the team
• Support channel marketing team on event management coordination
• Handle channel products enquiries

Coordinator

• Follow up end-customers order shipment
• Handle inbound sales calls & products enquires
• Handle & escalate customer compliant cases
• Assist Channel Partners to confirm the order for the customers
• Build a good relationship with end-customers

Requirement:

• F.6. or above
• Pleasant personality
•  Good in MS office e.g. Excel & Word etc.
• Good in English written,  fluent in speaking English & Mandarin
• Willing to learn
• Work under pressure
• With 4 yrs or above relevant working experience
• Prefer IT product knowledge
