KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Project Manager to oversee daily operations and manage design team and coordinate simultaneous projects
• Liaise with Engineers, Architects an Contractors
• Assist in calculations, detailed/schematic drawings, approve design changes
• Ensure designs meet determined budgets, ensure schedules and construction plans meet determined deadlines
• Coordinate and direct construction/installation progress, inspect quality of works         

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• 8 - 10 years experience in Facade / Curtain Wall design engineering
• Familiar with 3D and AutoCAD is required
• Experienced in developing Curtain Wall details and presentation
• Good communication skills with good command of Chinese and English
• Less experience will be considered as Design Engineer
