Job Responsibilities:

To support existing unit trust operation team, we are looking for full-time administrator to work with us in Mongkok office.

• Handles client account opening and maintenance, perform clerical duties such as data input and data verification for proper setup of client accounts via multiple computer systems
• Process Unit Trust dealing orders per instruction
• Responsible for tracking transfer of assets into client accounts
• Prepare documents and handle incoming and outgoing mails
• Assist team leader in project related activities

Qualifications:

• University graduate with some work experience preferably in banking and finance operation (Fresh graduate will be considered)
• An exceptional team player with a high level of integrity and self-discipline
• Not afraid of tedious and repetitive task with good detailed mind and data sensitivity
• Interest in pursuing a career in banking operation
• Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills with ability to work under a high volume transactional environment
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (HKCEE or equivalent grade C or above / ILETS score 6.5 or above) and Chinese, preferably with good Mandarin speaking ability

• Five days working (Monday to Friday)
• May need to work on shift (9am-6pm / 10am-7pm / 11am-8pm)
