Job Description
Service Manager
One of the famous building service maintenance company are looking for a service manager to lead their technical team and provide maintenance and repair service to their customer.
Job duties
- Review contract, monitor and control budget for the service department
- Tendering, quotations and any issues that can strengthen the service department
- Monitor and review the target for the service department yearly
- Oversee SLA agreement and accountable for operation, maintenance and repair, etc are in compliance with legal requirements.
Requirement
- Min. 5-7 years in building maintenance
- knowledge of gondola and related legal requirements
- experience in property and facilities maintenance preferable
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and coordination skills
- self-motivate, mature with strong sense of team work
- Good communication and negotiable skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and mandarin
