Monthly Salary Range:

HK$18,945 – HK$31,930 (for the grade of Assistant Computer Officer II)

HK$13,900 – HK$15,755 (for the grade of Computer Technician-in-training)

Duties: The appointee will be involved in the development of mini-Massive Open Online Course (mini-MOOC).  Main duties include collaborating with the Instructional Designer to design multimedia components and facilitating development of mini-MOOC.  He/she will carry out creative design, perform audio/video recording and editing, develop e-learning objects, deliver user trainings, and perform research on latest e-learning/m-learning development and other duties as assigned.

Requirements: Candidates should possess a Higher Diploma or an Associate Degree in Graphic design/Multimedia design/IT or a related discipline plus 3 years’ relevant work experience; or a Bachelor’ degree in Design, Digital Media, Computer Science or equivalent plus 2 years relevant working experience.  Candidates should have good conceptual skills and comprehensive knowledge of principles of design and must be familiar with software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Applications (Dreamweaver, Photoshop and Illustrator). They should also possess strong technical development skills in e-learning design and development, and knowledge in e-learning and mobile learning development is necessary. Strong sense of responsibility and good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese are required.  Solid experience in web programming, XML, HTML5, audio and video production is preferred.  Familiarity of e-learning technology is an advantage.

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Computer Technician-in-training.)

Terms of Appointment:Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.  The contract will be for 1 year.
